Project Description
Development of new candidates for Anticancer Drugs
As a Venture Builder NanoBusiness initiative the project involves the development, characterization, and pharmacological evaluation in vitro and in vivo of new molecules that enhance the anticancer action. The drug acts through the synthesis of copper coordination complexes, and is a more selective and less toxic therapeutic alternative than those currently available on the market.
Project in partnership with the State University of Norte Fluminense (UENF), the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and the Rio de Janeiro Banco de Células (BCRJ).
