Nano-coatings applied to prevent corrosion in the Pre-Salt environment

Our Technological Prospecting method, combined with certain Material Characterization and Tests, identified and selected an international company.

The identified organization established an R&D partnership with CENPES/Petrobras&and received significant investments from Asian funds after the completion of this study. The developed technology has the potential to mitigate the corrosion of Oil Country Tubular Goods Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) in the exploration of oil and gas in the pre-salt environment.
